*Reservations can only be cancelled by phone.

Please note that if you make a reservation online, we will not accept cancellations due to customer convenience.

*Cancellation fee on the day: 100% of the total amount.

If the number of people in your reservation decreases on the day, the course fee will be charged based on the number of people who have decreased.

*Cancellation fee the day before: If you have booked a course, the cancellation fee will be 50%.(Course meals are also available for takeout.)

If you only reserve a seat, there is no cancellation fee.

*Payment methods: Direct payment at the store or transfer to the designated bank account.(Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer)

Payment is due within 3 days as a general rule, but if you are unwell please make payment within 5 days.
